We are proud to offer the following Health and Wellness Exercise Classes.

TRX

Want a great way to get a full body work out using some simple equipment and your own body weight? Come join us for a TRX class. You don’t have to be totally fit to join in, exercises can be adapted for your current strength or fitness level. Classes are Monday and Wednesday mornings starting at 7:30 am. Pilates

Group Pilates classes are back starting February 6, 2012. Classes will meet Monday and Thursday evenings and will begin at 6:00 pm. General Exercise

Not a fan of the cute exercise get-up or sweating with a big group? Our beginner and intermediate level personalized small group exercise classes are just for you.  Each class is fine-tuned to help you meet your indiviual exercise goals.
